• Categories of personal data collected: Full name in Chinese, full name in Romanized form, gender, nationality, identification card number, date of birth, telephone number, mobile phone number, correspondence address, email address, identity category, name of school (in-progress/graduated), field of study, name of current company, job title, past compensation, family background, special circumstance, photo, health condition, place of birth, disability, and marital status.
• Use of personal data
  • Duration: Retained permanently
  • Location: Within the Company and its affiliates
  • Recipient: The Company and its affiliates
  • Method: Automated or non-automated means, such as fax, e-mail, etc.
• Pursuant to Article 3 of the PDPA, your rights and the means to exercise them are as follows:
  • You may inquire or request to review or make copies of your personal data. Taiflex may, pursuant to laws, charge the necessary cost and expense
  • You may request the Company to supplement or correct your personal data
  • You may request the Company to cease collecting, processing or using your personal data or to delete the data.
• Impact on your rights for not providing your personal data:
  It is at your discretion whether to provide your personal data. However, in the case of refusal, the Company will not be able to carry out necessary reviews and processing, which may affect your job application with Taiflex.
• Others:
  Your data will be retained in the Company's human resources database if your application is not successful this time, and you will be notified first of any future openings.
